Taylah Waugh

Occupational Therapist

With a vibrant energy and a deep commitment to empowering others, Taylah joined the Posity team after completing her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University. Her clinical background is remarkably diverse, spanning across hospital and community settings where she has supported adults and geriatric clients with a wide range of conditions, alongside paediatric experience as a support worker for neurodivergent children.
Taylah’s diverse experience across the lifespan fuels her passion for delivering truly client- and family-centred care. She believes the heart of impactful therapy lies in building genuine rapport with her clients and their families, through respect, empathy, and kindness. By utilising strengths-based approaches, Taylah helps her clients build confidence within the community and empowers them to achieve their individualised goals.

Always striving to evolve as a clinician, Taylah highly values continuous professional development. This ensures she provides the most effective, evidence-based practice to every participant she supports.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll likely find Taylah on the sidelines or the court. Taylah is a devoted Geelong Cats fan, she grew up playing basketball and football and still spends her weekends playing netball. At home, she’s kept busy by her two dogs and loves nothing more than quality time with her friends and family.
