Tamara is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive experience for every client who connects with Posity. As a Practice Administrator, she supports the day-to-day operations of the practice, helping to ensure appointments, communication, and administrative processes run smoothly for both clients and clinicians.

With a strong background in administration, coordination and customer service, Tamara brings strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. She enjoys finding practical solutions, supporting her team, and helping people feel comfortable and supported throughout their journey with Posity.

Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Tamara takes pride in building positive relationships and creating systems that help things run efficiently behind the scenes. She is committed to supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and believes that even small interactions can make a meaningful difference in someone’s experience.

Outside of work, Tamara enjoys spending time with family, trying new foods, attending live music events and exploring the outdoors through camping and beach trips. She also loves spending time with family including her four-legged friends and appreciates the balances these moments bring to her busy life.
