Nicole Garwood

Occupational Therapist

Nicole is a compassionate and energetic Occupational Therapist at Posity, holding a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Monash University. With hands-on experience across both acute care and community settings, she supports clients of all ages.

Nicole brings more than just clinical expertise to her role. Her diverse background spans project management and evidence-based research, allowing her to blend creativity, structure, and innovation into her therapeutic approach. She has a special gift for working with children and families, using a warm, family-centred style that builds trust and achieves real outcomes.

Passionate about holistic care, Nicole is deeply committed to helping clients grow their confidence, independence, and overall wellbeing. Her ability to see the bigger picture ensures that therapy is both meaningful and tailored to each individual.

Outside the clinic, Nicole recharges through nature, creativity, and movement. Whether she’s hiking, illustrating, swimming, or simply getting lost in a good book, she brings that same spark of curiosity and empathy into her work.

With her blend of clinical skill, calm presence, and creative thinking, Nicole is a valued part of the Posity team and a trusted support for the families she works with.
