At the helm of Posity, he is instrumental in creating and expanding services that meticulously cater to the needs of all people. With a rich background in management, leadership, and IT, Faz infuses the Posity team with values of respect, trust, empowerment, and creativity, striving for excellence in every facet of the organisation. His role extends beyond directing; Faz is deeply involved in overseeing the Customer Relationship team, ensuring that every participant’s journey with Posity is smooth and fulfilling.

Outside of Posity, Faz is a respected consultant, leveraging his extensive experience to assist other business owners and Allied Health providers in enhancing service delivery, maintaining compliance, and improving efficiency and productivity. Since 2015, Faz has made significant contributions to the auditing industry, specialising as an independent NDIS Auditor since 2019. His expertise is crucial in bridging the knowledge gap within the NDIS market, offering comprehensive internal audit services that prepare businesses for NDIS Audits, ensuring compliance, and facilitating continuous improvement.

Additionally, Faz serves as a dedicated board member of the Christina Ghobadi Foundation, channelling his gratitude and respect for Christina’s positive influence into promoting wellness among young people facing cancer. This role reflects Faz’s broader commitment to giving back to the community and supporting meaningful causes.
