Duong is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at Swinburne University of Technology. As a career changer with a background in Human Resources Management, she brings strong communication, rapport‑building, and organisational skills into her clinical practice. Her experience across school settings, acute hospital care, and Early Stroke Discharge services has shaped a solid foundation in delivering thoughtful, evidence‑based and client‑centred therapy.

Duong is passionate about working collaboratively with clients and families, guided by a strengths‑based and culturally safe approach. She believes meaningful therapeutic relationships are essential for positive outcomes and strives to create an environment where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to engage in the activities that matter most.
Outside of work, family is the most important part of Duong’s life. She enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and unwinding with Japanese novels — a favourite way to relax and stay inspired.
