With over a decade of experience in Occupational Therapy, Rowan is a passionate and skilled Clinical Team Leader who thrives on helping adults and older adults achieve greater independence, function, and quality of life. He leads the adult stream at Posity with warmth, insight, and a strong commitment to person-centred, evidence-based care.
Rowan brings a wealth of clinical expertise in complex case management, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology, home modifications, and capacity-building interventions. His collaborative, empathetic leadership style helps foster a learning-focused, supportive environment for the team.
Whether he’s mentoring emerging therapists, navigating the complexities of the NDIS, or innovating service delivery, Rowan is driven by a genuine belief in the power of Occupational Therapy to change lives.
Outside of work, Rowan enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle, exploring the world of real estate, trying new restaurants, travelling to new countries, and spending quality time with family and friends.
