At the heart of Posity’s mission, Dr. Anoo spearheads the research program, fostering a culture of continual learning and evidence-based practice. Through monthly training sessions, she empowers the Posity staff with the latest research findings, ensuring that cutting-edge knowledge translates into tangible benefits for clients.

Dr. Anoo’s commitment extends beyond professional achievements; she is deeply invested in the lives of the families she works with. Her approach is geared towards maximising the inclusion and participation of children within their homes and communities, aiming to weave their care seamlessly into everyday life. Her research is driven by a passion for understanding and enhancing the family quality of life, exploring the intricate dynamics of parent occupations, and advancing paediatric occupational therapy interventions.

Her scholarly pursuits are vast, covering essential themes such as childhood disability, evidence-based practice, translation research, and the inclusion and participation of children with disabilities.
