
Bridget Knight
Occupational Therapist
Bridget has obtained a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the Australian Catholic University. She has multiple years’ experience working with participants across the lifespan, from paediatrics to adults, with a strong focus on NDIS-funded supports.
Bridget has a particular passion for working with infants and young children, and her preferred age range for intervention is 0–2 years old. She has completed professional development in infant development and early childhood intervention, and has a strong interest in developmental occupational therapy, supporting families through a family-centred, strengths-based approach. Bridget has a keen interest in early intervention, play-based therapy, sensory processing, and working within multidisciplinary care teams to support the child and family holistically. She values collaboration with families, allied health professionals, and support networks to ensure meaningful, functional outcomes for each child. In addition, Bridget has experience in paediatric equipment prescription, ensuring practical and sustainable solutions across a range of settings.
Outside of work, Bridget enjoys cooking for her family and friends, going for walks with her dog Paddy, dining out, and completing crocheting projects.
