What You Will Do

  • Manage a varied caseload and provide assessment and intervention in life skills, social and sensory. Provide high-level Occupational Therapy services to participants of the NDIS that are goal orientated and person-centred. Posity currently provides services across the lifespan.
  • Manage or be involved with our Graduate Program (optional).
  • Manage/Assist our Allied Health Assistant (AHA) team (optional).
  • Provide in-house training (on your area of specialty e.g., Paediatrics).

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration in Occupational Therapy.
  • Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
  • You are driven, passionate and can work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • You are adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working in a high growth business.
  • Access to your own car and valid, non-restricted drivers’ license.
  • Previous experience in mentoring, supporting and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
  • Current Police Check, Working with Children Check.
  • Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
