Nicolette is the dynamo driving the seamless operations at Posity’s Blackburn clinic since her arrival in 2021. As our esteemed Practice Administrator, she embodies the spirit of our mission, blending her rich tapestry of experience in allied health services, office administration, customer service, and client relations into the vibrant role she plays within our Family Liaison team.
At the core of Nicolette’s work is a profound commitment to ensuring that every participant and their families not only feel supported and heard but are genuinely empowered as they navigate their journey with us. She is the linchpin that ensures our practice runs like a well-oiled machine, delivering quality care and facilitating the vital link between our participants, practitioners, and the broader community of allied health providers, schools, and other disability service agencies.
In her dynamic position, Nicolette excels in orchestrating the clinic’s daily operations, from managing practitioners’ schedules to coordinating appointments. Her organisational prowess and ability to foster relationships with external partners are indispensable. Away from the clinic, Nicolette is an avid explorer and fitness enthusiast. Embracing the tranquillity of the outdoors, she enjoys camping and embarking on adventures that connect her with nature. Complementing her love for the outdoors is her commitment to an active lifestyle, with Pilates being her go-to for mental and physical well-being.
