With over 30 years of experience spanning Early Childhood Intervention, Specialist schools, Community Health, and specialist Disability services, Kay has made significant contributions across various settings and funding models, including NDIS, Helping Children with Autism, and Medicare.
Kay has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy. Her vast experience is underpinned by a rich educational background, including a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Certification in the Early Start Denver Model for Pre-schoolers with Autism, among others. Kay’s approach to care is deeply rooted in Family-centred Practice, leveraging Strengths-based methodologies and a relentless pursuit of Inclusion to support not only children and their families but also to uplift and guide her clinical team with unwavering dedication and empathy.
Kay’s repertoire extends beyond traditional practices; she incorporates Mindfulness and Emotional Resilience strategies into her therapeutic interventions, reflecting her belief in the holistic well-being of her clients. Her passion for continuous personal and professional development is evident in her current endeavours to master the Coaching model, a testament to her lifelong commitment to learning and excellence in her field.
