Occupational Therapist
Belinda is a passionate Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from La Trobe University. Her diverse clinical experience spans acute hospitals, community health, and private practice, where she has thrived in supporting clients’ physical and mental health goals.
With a background in physical health, Belinda has developed a deep interest in how chronic pain and physical conditions can impact mental wellbeing. Drawn to community-based therapy, she supports clients across the lifespan, helping them engage in meaningful activities and reach their full potential.
Belinda uses a family-centred approach, recognising the vital role families play in a young person’s development. She collaborates closely with families to set goals that empower children and young people to thrive.
Outside of work, Belinda stays active through walking her dog, swimming, and Pilates. She cherishes quality time with family and friends, whether on a nature walk, dining out, or hosting at home.
